Pantone's 2016 Color of the Year

I intended to write this post at the very beginning of the new year, but since we're still in January it's not too late. Pantone selected two colors for 2016 instead of one - Rose Quartz [Pink] and Serenity [Blue].  I searched the Internet for photos in those colors before looking around my house for tea ware.

Below is my teacup featuring the Queen Mum on her 100th birthday.  It comes the closest to Pantone's colors of the year.

I photographed two other teacups, but they weren't the right shade of blue.  Do you have any teacups, teapots, or tea accessories in Pantone's Color of the Year?  If so, please share.

The 2016 colors remind me of baby shower colors - soft and delicate for a baby girl and boy.
